Accountability  

  • We hold accountable the actions and responsibilities of all personnel assigned directly or indirectly to any client work.
  • We identify the roles and levels of involvement of each employee with direct as well as indirect (i.e. resource) responsibility for any client work.
  • We measure the value and contribution of each employee on each project they are assigned on a quarterly basis. Client feedback is an input taken into consideration in this performance evaluation system.
  • We communicate to employees on a quarterly basis the challenges and opportunities the company faces and their integral roles in meeting these head-on.
  • We conduct semi-annual performance evaluations, including the employees own self-assessment. Action plans and career growth strategies are a core activity of this process.
